Our pieces are carefully sourced through reputable, Japan government-authorised auction houses. Japan’s highly regulated secondary luxury market allows many vintage items to be preserved in exceptional condition.
All our items are carefully authenticated by our in-house experts before being listed. We also work with third-party authentication companies and can provide an authentication certificate as an optional chargeable service. Rest assured, every piece we offer is 100% authentic.
The current payment methods available on site are Shopify Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Credits Cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/UnionPay), and Bank Transfer/PayNow (for Singapore-based customers only).
Shipping is free of charge for all local deliveries. We also offer international worldwide shipping at a specified fee. All international parcels are delivered via Singapore Post or DHL, depending on the destination and the selected shipping option. Parcels can be tracked through the relevant carrier’s website or by contacting the local post office or DHL.
The Née Vintage Store ships to most countries, including Europe, USA, Asia, and Australia. However, due to operational constraints, there are certain countries we are currently unable to ship to directly.
All local parcels will be delivered within three working days of orders being placed. While international parcels will have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 working days to major cities worldwide via Singapore Post and 3 to 5 working days via DHL. However, please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. If the estimated delivery time frame cannot be met, The Née Vintage Store shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from delayed delivery.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. The Née Vintage Store has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any customs-related delays.
Post-sales
The Née Vintage Store observes a no return and exchange policy.
Please note that all vintage items are one-of-a-kind and may have their own flaws or imperfections that contribute to their unique character.
Additionally, due to climate differences such as temperature and humidity variations across different regions, as well as changes in the environment, the surfaces of leather bags and metal jewelry may be affected to varying degrees.
Please be aware of this when making a purchase and take proper care to protect and maintain the items during use.
We do not accept after-sales service requests, returns, or exchanges for natural product damage caused by these factors, such as discoloration, fading, cracking, mold, or deformation.
